Gamification is a new practice, but we can see some similar cases for years, such as the use of loyalty cards, the raffle of prizes between customers who participate when acquiring a certain product and the surprise gift. You can identify aspects of generating surprise, reward, attractive and entertaining.

The concept of gamification begins to be used from 2010-2011, when number-sas talks, articles and books begin to refer to this concept and to try to analyze and structure it.

Games have the advantage of motivating and attracting attention. Games can turn a difficult activity into another more affordable and motivating. In addition, there are real examples that have proved effective.

The concept of gamification has its origins among 100 years ago, although it is now when it is being applied and recognised.
